Service, Maintenance, Repairs & Warranties

In order to keep your stairlift in perfect condition Island Stairlifts recommends your unit is frequently serviced. Trust Island Stairlifts to carry out annual servicing and repair work. Your lift will then recieve a full check up by one of our experienced stairlift engineers who will leave you with a full report showing all the checks that have been carried out. Any findings or recommendations will be fully explained to you prior to any repair or maintenance work commencing.

Unlike our competitors, we offer a genuine 24 hour callout service A trained technician will initially try to diagnose your fault over the phone and where possible, give simple instructions such as checking all on/off switches, to help get your lift up and running again, avoiding any callout charges. Should the enquiry require a visit from an engineer, we will then arrange a convenient time to attend.
